HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

We accept all Major Credit Cards. You can either order online through our secure website or call us 606-620-1587 or toll free 1-877-777-1890.
Mail Order:
We accept mail orders if paying by check or money order.
Please fill out our order form and send it along with a check or money order to:

This cost can be determined by calling our customer service (1-877-777-1890) or using the website procedure below. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.HOURS OF OPERATION

SALES TAX
We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the states of Kentucky. All shipping charges are taxable.
CANCELING/CHANGING ORDERS
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
PURCHASE ORDERS
DJ Energy Solutions LLC, Works hard to enable better opportunities to offer our customers their favorite products at the lowest prices, DJ Energy Solutions LLC accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to the Email address: Sales@DJEnergySolutions.Com. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company's accounting department. If you do not have a purchase order form Email or Call us we can make one available to you. We request that Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover card for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer. All purchase orders have $100.00 minimum and do not qualify for free shipping, coupons, or discounts.

SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 3:00PM EST and the items are in stock. Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground delivery is 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. We ship to all US States and US Territories. Orders that ship economy will ship within two business days if placed before 3:00PM EST and the items are in stock.
